ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT) is a new course that focuses on the rapid delivery of products and services while operating in high velocity environments. HVIT will help you understand how digital enterprises and operating models work to increase their value by focusing on speed. The goal of this program is to provide students with a deep understanding of the role, purpose, principles, concepts, processes and practices for managing service operations in an agile environment.

The ITIL 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT course will help IT professionals to become familiar with working practices like agile and lean management, technologies such as automation testing, cloud, and more. The ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) or ITIL Strategic Leader (ITIL SL), who work towards delivering high velocity-IT are the target audience for this course.
