The SAP project contains-
- Projects’ planned tasks, along with their start & end dates, the owner, status and priority, and comments.
- The plan is split into six sprints; each one represents the different phases of the implementation.
- Six sprints are – Impact analysis, Design and Build, Infrastructure, Change Management, and Data Migration.
